Cancellation/Refund Policy

We DO NOT accept refunds or returns on any orders. All sales are final. If your product is damaged during shipping, please contact twentyfourcaratco@gmail.com within five (5) business days to request an exchange. If you have any questions regarding this policy, please contact us before submitting your order.

Shipping 

Most orders ship within a few business days via USPS, at which time you will receive a shipping confirmation email and tracking number. Delivery times vary depending on carrier and location.Please allow for additional time during peak holiday periods. Customers are responsible for any import fees, customs, duties, taxes, and any additional costs associated with importing to their respective country. Twenty-Four Carat will under no circumstances lower customs values for international orders as this violates import policies and regulations.

We ask for your patience on all international orders as customs takes some time to process for foreign countries and may affect delivery times accordingly. Thank you.
